Message Buy a book on fiberglass or composite layup. Search the internet for glassman customs and read all you can on his site.
This particular space is only good for about 1 cubic foot, but the technique is the same for larger enclosures.

Mask off the entire corner with 3 layers of masking tape.
Cover the tape with Paste wax (like turtle wax)
Cut / tear some fiberglass mat into 6" x 6" squares (enough to cover the area once)
Cut some fiberglass woven cloth into 3" x 12" strips (enough to cover the area you want twice.)
Use plastic sheeting and tape to protect the rest of the interior and exterior
Mix your resin and hardener.
Layup the mat first, then 2 layers of cloth Wait about 30min to an hour between layers
Let it harden for about 3 hours
Remove the part from the car.
Set it somewhere stable and let it sit overnight

If you buy my piece you will start here:

Trim the edges to be flush with the interior
Make the top flat piece out of MDF
Mount the speaker ring to the top wood piece and the bottom of the fiberglass cabinet. Make sure it is at the angle you want it.
Stretch Polyester trunk liner over the wood and around the back.
Epoxy/ glue / staple/screw the liner in place.
Mix some more resin and hardener. Soak the liner with resin.
Mix some more resin and hardener. Soak it some more (it soaks up a lot of it.
Let it sit until it is hardened.
Cut the portion of the liner out that is covering the hole for the speaker.
Mix some more resin.
Pout it into the opening.
Turn the enclosure so the hole is facing down.
Swirl the resin around the speaker ring. This helps keep it fom breaking loose.
Let it dry.
Use bondo to make everything smooth. Only worry about the exposed portions. Pros use Featherfill, but most people dont have acces to the equipment to use it. (It is much easier to sand than bondo)
Cover with Vinyl or have a body shop paint it body color for you.

Drill a hole for the wires to enter. Seal this hole with RTV after you insert the wires.
Fill the Enclosure with poly fill.
Install the speaker.

You can't pay me enough to do another one. Thats why I have the one left from the other side. Of course it is much easier with premade MDF speaker rings, I had to make my own because I used the Square solobarics.
